We are seeking positive, motivated and capable individuals to join our team and really make a difference!

The successful applicant will have the chance to work with a small team within all areas of our Organisation in the following areas:-

-  To make outbound calls to potential individuals, businesses and charities for sponsorship

-  Follow through these opportunities with meetings, emails etc

-  Preparing necessary packs , information in relation to these

-  Follow through and setup contracts with those sponsors

-  Liase with accountant on financial terms and payments /terms required

-  Attending and minuting meetings when applicable

-  Arranging and assisting with event management/co-ordination with sponsored contact

-  Dealing with stakeholders on the phone and face to face on occasions helping to develop and maintain relationships

-  Correspond with external companies

-  Attending events (in the UK and possibly abroad depending on agenda)

This is a unique opportunity for the successful applicant to develop their skills in many areas and make a real difference to the World.. The ideal candidate will have their own transport and live in the Uckfield area of Sussex.

Key Skills required are:

• Strong communicative skills
• Proficient in IT, ideally in a Apple MAC environment but must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and experience in Excel and Photoshop/Indesign applications would be highly desirable
• Multi-tasking ability
• Good organizational skills

Working Hours:

Working hours are 9-6pm Monday –Friday but this is negotiable. There will occasionally be evening/weekend work for events and photography shoots.
