The successful applicant will have the chance to work with a small team within all areas of our Organisation in the following areas:-
- Web/graphic designer to maintain the website
- Using Photoshop to maintain the images
- Liase with the media in relation to media releases for events/photoshoots
- Liase with magazines to try and sell some releases of the photos
- Responding to e-mails
- Filing specifically cataloguing prints etc
- Maintaining and updating social media – facebook/twitter/youtube
- Creating flyers and e-shots etc
- Attending and minuting meetings when applicable
- Managing the customers database including updating contacts and editing when applicable emails
- Dealing with stakeholders on the phone and face to face on occasions helping to develop and maintain relationships
- Correspond with external companies
- Attending photoshoots retouching and also assisting with photographer if this a skill you may have

The ideal candidate will have their own transport and live in the Uckfield area of Sussex.
Key Skills required are:
- Strong communicative skills
- Proficient in IT, ideally in a Apple MAC environment but must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and experience in Excel and Photoshop/Indesign applications would be highly desirable
- Multi-tasking ability
- Good organizational skills
Working Hours:
Working hours are 9-6pm Monday –Friday but this is negotiable. There will occasionally be evening/weekend work for events and photography shoots.
