Use using this website (www.fresh2o.org), the user accepts the following terms and conditions. fresh2o reserves the right to seek any legal remedies for any violation of these terms and conditions. The information provided on this website is for general and educational purposes only and fresh2o accepts no responsibility or liability for the completeness, accuracy or reliability of any information contained on or downloaded from the website. You are advised to verify the accuracy of any information on the website before relying on it and any reliance you place on it is done at your own risk.

COMPETITIONS
(a) By entering fresh2o competitions, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any requirements stated in associated documents and on our website (www.fresh2o.org)
(b) The competitions are open to anyone resident in the UK except for employees of fresh2o and those professionally connected with the competition
(c) To enter the competitions, entrants must answer the questions provided
(d) Entry is either via the fresh2o website at www.fresh2o.org or through a dedicated text number that is advised at each competition
(e) Costs for entering each competition will be stated on our website
(f) Entrants must have the permission of the requisite bill payer before entering
(g) The winning name shall be selected at random and the winner shall be advised by telephone by the date/time stipulated in the competition terms
(h) The winner agrees to attend the event or photo shoot for the competition at the date/time specified by fresh2o and a runner-up will be selected should this be necessary
(i) No alternative prizes will be offered
(j) Details of the winner and results can be obtained by writing to fresh2o
(k) By entering the competition, the winner consents to any publicity generated
(l) No responsibility shall be accepted for entries incorrectly sent, delayed or lost through any technical faults of any nature, howsoever caused
(m) There are no alternatives to the competition prize, which is non-negotiable

COPYRIGHT & DOWNLOADS
(a) All content and images are the property of fresh2o and any reproduction or use of these in any form requires the express written permission of fresh2o. All rights reserved
(b) Downloads may be offered from time to time from the website for a specified cost.
fresh2o shall not accept responsibility for the failure of any download, except for non-functioning of the website to provide the relevant download file. Any claims for re-imbursement of monies paid must be made in writing

MERCHANDISE
(a) Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are out of stock, we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available. If they are seasonal goods (for example, Christmas cards) and it is towards the end of the season and we cannot source the item we will send you an alternative or supply you a refund.
(b) Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
(c) Returns Policy
If any of the goods you receive are incorrect or damaged, please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund

PRIVACY POLICY
We will not use any personal data collected on this site for any purpose other than that specifically stated. We may use personal contact details to send you further information we believe you will be interested in. If you indicate to us that you would prefer not to receive such information we will cease sending it. If you agree to receive or sign up for further information from fresh2o by email we will offer you an opportunity to unsubscribe should you wish to. We will never intentionally misuse or allow others to misuse any personal data we collect or hold and will take action to ensure your data is held securely. We do not sell or pass on personal contact details to any other organisation and will not do so in future without asking you for a specific permission.
